Sports Registration Info- 26-27 School Year- NEW!
What you need to know right now! The process is changing!
1.
To be eligible to participate in interscholastic athletics for the 2026-2027 school year, all student-athletes need a DIAA PPE (preparticipation physical exam form) completed by their physician or qualified healthcare provider after April 1, 2026.
2. DIAA has created a new PPE form. This will be the only form accepted for the 2026-2027 school year. The new form will be posted on the DIAA and school athletic websites. Please see the DIAA Medical Forms page (click link) for more information.
3. Appoquinimink School District will be using a new registration platform for athletics: Rank One. This will replace the SNAP Manage platform and is in collaboration with the DIAA. Detailed instructions will be provided in May. No registrations or physicals will be accepted until mid May.
Please feel free to reach out to your school’s athletic director with any questions once new instructions are provided.
